OFFICIAL RULES

1. You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old to enter. Employees of Barnes & Barnes Apartment Rentals, including their immediate families, or household members, are ineligible.
2. Only one entry per family. Duplicate entries will not be valid. Enter by the deadline posted by completing the Entry Form on this site. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm of the deadline day.
3. Winner will be selected from all eligible entries by random selection and notified by telephone or mail. Winner need not be present at the time of selection. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, electronic entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. No Prize transfers, cash redemption or substitution is allowed. Prizes not claimed within 3 days of notification will be forfeited.
4. Prize will be awarded on after the deadline. The Prize drawing will take place at Barnes & Barnes Apartment Rentals. The Winner will be responsible for all transportation to and from event.
5. The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning.
6. Winner accepting the Prize agrees that the Prize is awarded on the condition that Barnes & Barnes Apartment Rentals has no liability whatsoever for injuries, losses or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the event.
7. Barnes & Barnes Apartment Rentals assumes no responsibility for late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, mishandled, illegible, incomplete, undeliverable or misdirected entries, or for the failure of the website during the entry period or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Barnes & Barnes Apartment Rentals. Should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Barnes & Barnes Apartment Rentals corrupt the security or proper administration of this promotion, Barnes & Barnes Apartment Rentals has the right to suspend or cancel the electronic portion of this promotion.
